We had such a wonderful time three years ago that our family is returning this spring. I am bringing more of our family this time. In my previous review I failed to mention the wedding cake that was at my nephew's wedding. I am 64 years old and have never tasted any cake that is close to tasting as wonderful as the one at the wedding.

Thanks for making our honeymoon in Tuscany as lovely as possible. The Luxury Suite Donatello was very well appointed with a fantastic fireplace and lovely bed. Thanks for all of your help and advice with regard to local buses, restaurants and trips. The setting and grounds are beautiful and we are looking forward to returning soon. Glenn & Nina

La villa est vraiment comme l'Eden, paradis perdu sur une colline d'oliviers au milieu de Florence la citadine. La suite était très spacieuse et comfortable et votre accueil vraiment agréable. What I wanted to say is thank-you so so much for giving us the most fantastic, beautiful perfect wedding!!! It was trully the most memorable week of our lives. All our guests were blown away by how beautiful the villa and the grounds were, and all commented on how fantastic you both were, and how well all your staff looked after us. Both Tony and I would like to say thank-you so much for everything you did, everything was first class and we couldn't fault one single aspect of our stay. We would be happy to recommend you to anyone and if people wanted to ask us for advice on getting married at your Villa we'd be very happy to talk to them.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Poggio ai Merli. It was a perfect spot and you all could not have been kinder. We were hoping to thank you as well for the restaurant recommendation on the last evening . . . everyone was very excited to find tripe . . . a favorite and all was delicious. Please forgive us for not writing sooner. We have continue to have very fond memories of our stay with you in August 2006. Your hospitality was second to none, you could not do enough for us. Everything you did exceeded our expectations. We have recommended your hospitality and accommodation to lots of friends and have given out your brochures.
